Welcome!
¡Bienvenidos!
This is my portfolio site, where you can find all of my projects with my process, concepts, and drafts. All of my current projects have been completed as part of my classes at UIW. Have fun looking around, and let's get started!
Let's Bounce!
Who Am I?
My name is Sofia Ruiz Del Hoyo, and I'm a graphic design major from El Paso, Texas! I love designing posters and working with illustrations. In my free time, you can find me swimming at the pool or playing soccer with my friends.

All Works
Meal Time Juice Pouches
This project involved choosing a concept based on the idea of threes and creating a series of drinks that conveyed the chosen concept. I went with three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Unlocked Locations
I created a concept for a podcast about exploring hidden gems in cities around the world. The screen includes various elements to extend the theme of travel and mysteries. Created in After Effects, the final product is meant to convey information about the podcast channel and creators.
Stories of the Gods
This project included creating an interactive kiosk for an exhibit for a museum of our choice. I chose to portray the Greek statues of the Louvre in a modern, interactive way. My goal was to create a design that fit within the Louvre’s existing identity, as well as draw inspiration from classical Greek art for the colours and layout.
Music Player Icons
As a staple of modern culture, the music player has gone through drastic changes since its introduction in the 1880s. My goal was to represent the movement and rhythm of music through line and colors.
